Centre’s
decision on Polavaram unilateral
- Jai Samaikyandhra
Party president N Kiran Kumar Reddy came down heavily on Central
government for bringing Polavaram project under its ambit and not
consulting the State government in the matter.
- Kiran said that it
was highly regrettable if the State faced any water problem from
Polavaram project, people had to knock doors at Delhi.
- River waters issue
was under the purview of states and not that of Centre.
