by slum-dwellers

the Visakhapatnam Lok Sabha constituency, Ramam Kuna, gave a written
assurance to slum-dwellers at the Gnanapuram flyover down that
- he would provide
alternative accommodation
- Promised to
improve basic amenities in the existing slums
